About Roberts Parkinson

Introducing Roberts Parkinson Real Estate, a thriving venture that emerged from the foundations of Robert’s and Green Real Estate. Originally established in 2015, Robert’s and Green quickly gained recognition as the agency of the year, securing this prestigious title consecutively. However, amidst the challenging times brought about by the COVID pandemic, business owner Wilma Green made the decision to retire. Undeterred, Lisa Roberts took the reins and continued to steer the company towards success.

On the 4th of October 2023, a significant turning point occurred as Lisa Roberts joined forces with Malcolm Parkinson, giving birth to the dynamic partnership of Roberts Parkinson Real Estate. Malcolm, a highly accomplished agent renowned for his exceptional sales record in Mornington, possesses a deep-rooted connection to Hastings, having been raised there. His extensive local background and strong alliances within the Westernport community further enhance the agency’s ability to serve its clients with utmost dedication and expertise. Together, Lisa Robert’s and Malcolm Parkinson are poised to lead Roberts Parkinson Real Estate to new heights, offering unparalleled real estate services and fostering lasting relationships within the community they proudly serve.

Discover the region – Mornington Peninsula Living

As much as the beaches are beautiful, there’s so much more to Western Port Bay than its captivating coastline. Firstly there are villages like Hastings, Crib Point, Bittern, Balnarring and Somers nestled alongside Bass Strait and not far away are leafy Red Hill, Main Ridge and Arthurs Seat. These coastal towns are where you’ll find rolling hills of grazing land, coastal national parks and a selection of top class wineries, golf courses and five star restaurants, which include Tyabb the quaint village of antiques. No other region in Australia can lay claim to such distinction and these brilliant wineries and eateries are a great reason to motor around the leafy countryside and treat the eye as well as the palate.

Melding the delights of a metropolitan lifestyle with the comforts of country living, the Western Port area serves as an oasis for people wanting to stay active, educate kids in good schools and live in safe, close-knit communities. Surrounding natural wonders, with a focus on water activities such as boating and fishing, coupled with the many parks and

recreation facilities offer Western Port residents a healthy country living alternative. The Western Port way of life is a respite from the urban frenzy of nearby Melbourne, but not too distant where the influences of the city are lost. When it comes to ordering a good coffee; from rustic style cafés to chic modern eateries, the options for a top brew are plentiful.

A true boater’s paradise, Western Port Bay is both culturally and economically diverse, its close proximity and excellent infrastructure make commuting into Melbourne, easy and convenient. The area’s laid-back charm stems from the many agricultural businesses including farms, stables and the burgeoning Mornington Peninsula wine region. Hastings is known for its vibrant industrial area with lots of small workshops and factories tucked in behind the township. On the town’s fringe, ESSO, BHP and Bluescope Steel employ many local workers and are home to gas and steel production and fabrication along with other technology and scientific research facilities.
